Rules
  1. Eligibility

    • The hackathon is open to individuals aged 18 or older, or minors with parental/guardian consent.

    • Participants may register individually or as part of a team (up to 4 members).

    • Organizers, mentors, and judges are not eligible to compete for prizes.

  2. Team Formation

    • Teams can be formed before or during the hackathon kickoff.

    • Collaboration between participants is encouraged, but each member must be registered on Devpost.

    • Cross-team collaboration or submission sharing is not allowed.

  3. Development Rules

    • All code, design, and assets must be created during the hackathon period.

    • Use of publicly available libraries, APIs, or open-source tools is permitted with proper attribution.

    • Pre-built projects or previously published work are not eligible.

  4. Submission Guidelines

    • Projects must be submitted via Devpost before the deadline.

    • Submissions must include a working demo video, code repository link, and a brief explanation of the project.

    • Each team may submit only one project.

  5. Intellectual Property

    • Participants retain ownership of their work.

    • By submitting a project, you grant the organizers permission to display, share, and promote your submission for judging and promotional purposes.

  6. Judging & Prizes

    • Projects will be judged based on creativity, innovation, technical implementation, usability, and potential impact.

    • The decisions of the judges and organizing team are final and binding.

  7. Code of Conduct

    • We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone.

    • Harassment or discrimination in any form will not be tolerated.

    • Participants are expected to uphold professionalism and integrity throughout the event.

  8. Disqualification

    • Teams may be disqualified for plagiarism, rule violations, or any behavior deemed unethical by the organizers.
