Welcome to InnovateX Hackathon 2025 — a 48-hour coding marathon where creativity meets real-world impact!
Whether you’re a developer, designer, innovator, or entrepreneur, this is your chance to bring bold ideas to life. Work in teams, collaborate with mentors, and build solutions that solve meaningful problems across domains like AI, sustainability, fintech, and social impact.
Event Schedule (IST):
-
Day 1 (Friday) – Kickoff, team formation, idea pitching
-
Day 2 (Saturday) – Development, mentor check-ins, mid-point demo
-
Day 3 (Sunday) – Final submission, judging, and awards ceremony
What makes this hackathon special is our focus on learning and collaboration — not just competition. Participants will have access to workshops, API sandboxes, and 1:1 mentor sessions to help refine their projects and presentation.
About the ChallengeThe challenge is simple yet powerful: Build something that matters.
We’re looking for innovative solutions that leverage technology to create social or business impact. Projects can span any category, but we especially encourage ideas in:
-
Artificial Intelligence & Automation
-
HealthTech & Sustainability
-
FinTech & Digital Inclusion
-
Open Innovation (Your own idea!)
Your project will be judged on creativity, technical implementation, real-world impact, and presentation.
So bring your best idea, team up, and start building — your next great innovation begins here.
Requirements
Participants are required to design and develop a working prototype that addresses one of the hackathon’s challenge themes.
Your solution can be a web app, mobile app, hardware prototype, or AI-based system — anything that creatively solves a real-world problem.
You may use any programming language, framework, or API of your choice. Teams are encouraged to integrate innovative technologies like AI, ML, IoT, or blockchain to enhance their solutions.
Teams must submit their project on Devpost before the deadline, including the following:
-
Project Title & Description – A clear summary of what your project does and which problem it solves.
-
Demo Video (2–3 mins) – A short video demonstrating your project in action and explaining the core functionality.
-
GitHub Repository / Code Link – A link to your publicly accessible source code or a live demo URL.
-
Team Details – Names of team members and their roles.
-
Presentation or Slides (optional but recommended) – Highlight your project flow, tech stack, and impact.
To qualify for judging:
-
Your project must be built during the hackathon period.
-
All submissions must be made through Devpost before the deadline.
-
The demo video should clearly show the functionality of your project — not just slides or mockups.
-
Include documentation (in your repo or Devpost description) explaining setup, usage, and features.
-
Any third-party assets, APIs, or libraries must be properly credited.
-
Teams may consist of 1–4 members.
